Official VOYJOY activewear catalogue
You cannot try a pair of shorts on before the parcel arrives, so every VOYJOY card says what the photograph cannot: how long the inseam is, where the waistband sits, which letters the piece is cut in and which colours it comes in. Scrunch shorts from under ten dollars at 2.5, 3.6, 4.5 and 6 inches, leggings and flares, wide-leg pants sold by your own inseam, padded bras and tanks, crop tees and a half-zip for the walk in.

Almost everything here costs between ten and thirty dollars, so the price will not decide it. What you are short of will: a pair for leg day that holds, a legging that passes as trousers on the way home, a bra whose back you want to show, a top with the pad already in it.

03What is inside it
Everything on a VOYJOY card rests on two things: what the cloth is made of and how it is knitted. Both are printed where the product data gives them. The label sewn into the garment is the document that governs washing.

The body of the cloth, and on most of the range nine tenths of it. It is what makes the knit smooth against the skin, hold its colour and dry quickly, and it is the reason nothing here needs an iron. On its own it would not stretch enough to be worn close.
The part doing the work, and the reason the label names it: the textile rule lets a fibre under five per cent disappear into "other fiber" unless it does a job, and elasticity is the job the rule itself gives as the example. Ten per cent on the shorts, a quarter of the blend on the wide-leg pants.
The waistband on the shorts and leggings and the under-bust band on the bras is knitted as a rib, tighter than the body of the garment, so it is the part that holds while the rest stretches. On the bandeaus the band also carries a strip of silicone on the inside.
Two finishes on the shorts shelf that change how the colour sits rather than how the cloth behaves: a sandwashed knit reads softer and more matte, and a cation-dyed knit takes its colour into the fibre and comes out heathered. The cut under both is the same short.
| What the card says | What it means when you wear it | Where it turns up |
|---|---|---|
| Seamless | Knitted to shape: no seam down the front of the leg or the side of the body | Shorts, leggings, wide-leg pants, most bras and tanks |
| Scrunch seam | Fabric gathered along one line at the centre back so the cloth follows the shape under it | Nearly every short and legging; hidden or visible, and the card says which |
| No front seam | The same knit with nothing sewn across the front of the crotch | The booty shorts and the pairs that print it |
| Removable pads | A pad in each cup that lifts out for the wash and goes back the same way | Every bra and every padded tank |
| Double-lined | Two layers of the knit through the body, so a pale colour is not sheer | The crop tees and the long-sleeve top |
| Inseam | The seam from the crotch to the hem, measured on the garment | Shorts at 2.5, 3.6, 4.5 and 6; leggings 24 to 30.5; wide-leg pants 29 to 35 |
| High rise, low rise | Where the band sits: at the waist, or on the hip bone with the stomach uncovered | High on most families; low on the pairs cut for a cropped top |
| Sizes XXS to 3XL | The widest run on the site; most cards run XS to XL | The impact shorts and the straight wide-leg pants |
A fibre content describes what a garment is made of, not how long it lasts. the VOYJOY way prints the blend, the inseam, the rise and the size run on every product page, one under the other.
04On a body, not on a hanger
A crop tee on a terrace, a squat under a bar in the V-back shorts, a mirror in a gym, a stadium, a tennis court, two halters side by side. What comes out of the parcel, once it is on.

05The second block
The two most-rated bras we make, the strappy tank that is a bra with a body, the split-hem legging under fifteen dollars, and the 2.5-inch biker that sits on the hip on purpose.

06Four years of one knit
A garment knitted to its shape rather than cut from cloth, with the seam that gathers at the back and no seam at all down the front. Almost everything here is that idea at a different length of leg or with a different back on it.
The knit came first and it has barely moved: nylon with spandex through it, knitted in one piece so the front of a leg and the side of a body carry no seam, and gathered along one line at the centre back so the cloth follows the shape underneath instead of bridging across it. Everything else on these shelves is that cloth answered differently. Stop the leg at 2.5 inches and you have the booty short; carry it to 6 and you have the biker; carry it to the ankle and you have the legging; open it from the knee and you have the flare.
What took longer to get right was the length. A short that ends an inch higher than you expected is a short you do not wear, so the impact family is cut at four inseams and sold as four different pieces, and the straight wide-leg pant is cut at four inseams so the hem breaks on your shoe rather than above it. That is why the card prints the number, and why the number is measured on the garment, from the crotch seam to the hem, rather than guessed from a height.
What we have not done is spread. Four years in and everyone at VOYJOY still works to six shelves, and the pieces on them that are cut and sewn rather than knitted, the double-lined tees, the wrap tops, the half-zip and the pleated skort, are the handful the cards name as such. The colourways turn over every season, and there are more than six hundred of them at our last update. The cuts do not.
Something about the cloth, and nothing more. The gathered seam at the back shapes the garment; the ribbed band at the waist holds the garment. What either of them does for you in a mirror is yours to judge, and you will not find a sentence on this site that says a piece of clothing changes your body.
07What you are choosing between
Activewear gets bought by photograph and judged after the first wash. Two rows below go against us: a premium label outlasts ours, and a garment made to your measurements is a different product altogether.
| VOYJOY | Premium activewear label | Supermarket own-brand | Fast-fashion app | Made to measure | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| What it costs | Roughly eight to thirty dollars a piece | Three to six times more | About the same | About the same | Ten times more |
| Inseam, printed | On the card, before you click | On the product page | On the swing tag in the shop | Rarely | You choose it |
| Where the band sits | Named on the card: high or low | Named | One rise, unnamed | Whatever the photo shows | Where you say |
| Size run | XS to XL as a rule, XXS to 3XL on two families | XXS to XL | Whatever the rail holds | One run, optimistically labelled | Your measurements |
| Colourways | Dozens on the main shorts, photographed as sold | A season's palette | Black and one other | Whatever the print is | Your choice of cloth |
| The catch | A twenty-dollar short will not see five seasons | You will not buy four of them | The knit is looser and it shows | The photo and the parcel are cousins | Six weeks and a fitting |
Prices are the range across this catalogue at our last update; the other four columns describe the category rather than any one shop.
08The part that is not ours to certify
Three things printed on this clothing have a rule behind them: the fibre content, the care instruction, and the flammability standard everything sold as clothing in the United States has to meet. All three are set out here under what the rules say rather than as promises of our own.
A label must give the fibre content by generic name and percentage by weight, largest first, plus the country of origin and who made or marketed the piece. A fibre under five per cent can be folded into "other fiber" unless it has a definite job, and the guide's own example is four per cent spandex for elasticity, which is why a ten per cent spandex content is named on a pair of shorts.
US Federal Trade Commission, read September 5, 2026The Care Labeling Rule asks for five things: whether to wash by hand or machine and at what temperature if hot water harms, whether bleach is safe, how to dry and at what heat, whether to iron, and a warning against anything a buyer might reasonably assume is safe. The maker must hold reliable evidence for each instruction, and the label must stay attached and legible for the life of the piece.
US Federal Trade Commission, read September 5, 2026The Flammable Fabrics Act of 1953, expanded in 1967, carries the Standard for the Flammability of Clothing Textiles, which sets test methods, three classes of flammability and the materials unsuitable for garments. It is enforced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission on everything sold as clothing in the United States, and it is the reason no card here needs to make a claim of its own.
US Consumer Product Safety Commission, read September 5, 2026The standard applies to fabric ready for use in wearing apparel, and it exempts plain-surface fabrics of 2.6 ounces per square yard or more and fabrics made entirely of acrylic, modacrylic, nylon, olefin, polyester or wool. A nylon-and-spandex knit is not made entirely of an exempt fibre, so nothing on this site calls a piece exempt, and nothing needs to.
Legal Information Institute, Cornell Law School, read September 5, 2026This section is general information about how clothing sold in the United States is labelled and about the flammability standard it is sold under. It is not legal advice and not a certificate for any one piece. Fibre content on a card describes the cloth as our product data carries it; the label sewn into the garment is the document that governs washing, and where the two disagree the label wins. Nothing here claims a garment changes your body, prevents an injury or improves a performance.
09The rest of the counter
The mini flare that opens over a trainer, the double-lined crop tee and its long-sleeved cousin, the V-back short, the tennis skort with a short knitted in, and the wide-leg capri.

10What you are looking at
Six shelves of clothing worn close to the skin, and nearly all of it one knit answered at different lengths and with different backs. Because the knit is the same from shelf to shelf, a letter that fits you in the shorts behaves the same way in the leggings, so you measure once.
The starting point is a knit of nylon with spandex through it, made to its shape on a machine rather than cut from cloth, with the fabric gathered along one line at the back and no seam at all down the front. Stop the leg at 2.5 inches and it is the booty short; carry it to 6 and it is the biker; take it to the ankle and it is the legging; open it below the knee and it is the flare; open it from the knee and cut it to your inseam and it is the wide-leg pant.
That narrowness is deliberate and it has a practical consequence for you rather than for us: the hip measurement that put you in a letter for the shorts puts you in the same letter for the leggings and the pants, and the bust measurement that sized the bra sizes the padded tank. The only cuts that break the pattern are the pieces that are cut and sewn, the double-lined tees, the wrap tops, the half-zip and the skort, and their cards say so.

The second thing to know is the number. A short is sold here at four inseams as four pieces, because an inch of length is the difference between the short you wanted and the one you send back, and the wide-leg pant is sold at four inseams so the hem breaks on your shoe. The inseam is measured on the garment, the rise is named as high or low, and both are on the card before the price.
What we will not do is tell you what a close-fitting garment does for your body. It holds rather than hangs, it gathers at the back, it comes in the colour photographed, and it costs what the card says at our last update. Everything beyond that belongs to you and a mirror, and you will not find one of those sentences anywhere on this site.

11Straight to a piece
Shorts, leggings, wide-leg pants, sports bras and the bikers first; the rest are one click away, each page with its pieces, prices, colourways and size runs.
Shorts are what most people mean when they type our name into a search box, and this page holds all of them: the impact family at four inseams, the biker cuts with a pocket or a zip, the low-rise pairs and the two that cost less than ten dollars. The knit is the same across the shelf; what changes is the length, the rise and what you can carry in them.
A legging on this site is one of three legs: the straight scrunch pair for the gym, the mini flare that opens over a shoe for the walk home, and the capri that stops on the calf for a warm month. All three are knitted without a front seam, all three carry the gathered seam at the back, and the card prints the inseam so you know where the hem lands before the parcel does.
A biker short on this site is a short cut a little longer and a little plainer than the booty cuts: the 3.6-inch biker is the most-rated garment we make, and the 2.5-inch bikers sit beside it at three prices. Two of them carry a pocket, one of them zipped, and one sits low on the hip on purpose.
The wide-leg shelf is the one you buy by your own height: the straight legging comes in four inseams from 29 to 35 inches so the hem breaks on the shoe rather than above it, and the same leg is cut as a capri that stops at mid-calf. It is a legging through the hip and a trouser from the knee, and it is the only family on the site that runs from XXS to 3XL.
A bra on this site is sized by one letter and chosen by its back: a strappy cross-back that leaves the shoulder blades open, a halter that takes the load on the neck, a twist at the front or a knot behind, a high neck that covers more, and two bandeaus with no strap at all. Every one carries a removable pad, and the brand rates the range for light to medium support, which is the honest end of the scale.
12Before you click
The commonest mistake is ordering the letter from your jeans. Take two numbers once, hold them against the chart on the buying page, and the VOYJOY catalogue turns into a filter.
Feet together, tape level round the fullest part of the seat, snug against the skin. Everything below the waist on this site is sized by this number first: a seamless knit is cut without ease, and the hip is where a short or a legging is widest, so it is the measurement that decides whether the band rolls.
Tape level under the arms, not pulled tight, over nothing or over a thin bra. Every bra and every padded tank follows this number, and the chart on the buying page prints an under-bust beside it. It is not your cup size, and reading across from a cup is how people end up a letter out.
The larger letter holds through a set of lunges and a run; the smaller one sits smoothest standing still. The buyers who write in about a leg that rolls up or a band that folds are nearly all in the smaller of their two letters, so if the piece is for training, go up.
The inseam is measured on the garment from the crotch seam to the hem, and the same short at 2.5 and 6 inches is two different pieces here with two different pages. On the wide-leg pants the number is chosen by your height: measure a pair of trousers that already breaks where you like it and match it.
A high band sits at the waist and is bought by the waist measurement; a low band sits on the hip bone with the stomach uncovered and is bought by the hip. Most of the range sits high. The pairs cut low say so on the card, because they are made for a cropped top and they behave differently in a squat.
A colour you love in the wrong letter is an exchange, and a few buyers found that two orders of the same letter did not match. Order one piece of anything you have not worn before, wear it once, and then buy the colours in the letter you now know. It costs a delivery and saves a return.

★★★☆☆
So first of all this brand hasn’t let me down. I loved their leggings I intend to buy more. I bought these shorts for volleyball (I couldn’t find any reasonably priced spandex) and I tested them out in practice, overall these are a good buy but size up for thick thigh friendliness. I bought a large in these bc I was scared an xl would’ve been too big in my waist despite the great compression this brand has. The leg part kept rolling up and not just shifting up but actually physically rolling up. I thought it was just bc I was playing so I wore them on a day I was just coaching and as I was walking around they rolled still.
★★★☆☆
The quality is fine, they’re super soft and not see-through but let me tell you, these are NOT for the short girls. I’m 5 ft 3 and these basically end for me where the slit starts, so the ends just pool around my shoes. I can only wear them around the house because of it, and I do find myself tripping on them often. If I’m overstimulated, I absolutely cannot reach for these pants. But if you’re normal sized, I imagine these would be great
★★★★☆
I ordered one pair originally (pink) to test it out and see if I liked them. I loved it, so I decided to order 2 more in other colors. Unfortunately, they did not fit the same so I returned them. The size/measurements were off (longer and looser) even though I ordered the exact same size/length. I’m sad because I really liked my first pair but now I’m hesitant to order any more.
★★★★★
I bought these in red and purple and love them. The butt scrunch isn't super dramatic (i hate that look), but they still make your booty look great. I heavy weight train 5 days a week and absolutely need shorts in the summer even in my air conditioned gym. They've held up great in the washer and dryer for me. Because I lift so much my measurements are a bit wacky-- my waist is 29" and my hips/butt measure 43" and I ordered a medium and they fit great. The top doesn't roll down on me and they're definitely squat proof.
★★★★★
I know some people said to size down, but I felt that my usual size fit just fine. I’m sitting at 155lbs, 5’3” and the 31.5” inseam worked well for me. The length falls at the back of my heels, but when I wear shoes, it doesn’t drag. The material feels thin, but it’s not see through.
★★★★★
fit great and super comfortable, no annoying pulling on the back of the neck, didn’t have to constantly adjust and pull it up! Good quality, good for lifting/low impact exercise but I don’t think I would use as a bra for running/high impact exercise.
★★★★★
As someone with a short torso, these really look great! I love the fit, and they are not see through at all! Will definitely be purchasing just about every color!! They are super soft and stretchy too. I’m 5’2 and 135lbs, I got a size small and they fit fine, but I could have definitely gotten a medium!
★★★★★
The material is good and very comfortable. I sized up for a better fit and to avoid any bulging, and while it is still a tight fit, it feels much more comfortable. I’ve purchased multiple now and love them all.
★★★★★
I ordered this as a bathing suit top n a medium because that’s what I usually wear in a sports bra or swim suit. My bra size is a 34C/D. I actually had to order a small because the medium was just a little to big around. Fabric is thick and good quality. It’s very supportive and comfortable, not sure I could wear it working out but definitely wear it working outside doing yard work.
14Warm-Up
How to pick a size letter from a tape rather than from your jeans, where each inseam lands on a leg, what the fibre label is telling you, and how to wash a stretch knit so it keeps its recovery.
Two measurements, taken once, decide every garment on this site. Which two, how to take them, what a seamless knit is supposed to feel like in the first minute, which sensations mean the letter is wrong, and why the rule about going up reverses on the pieces cut low.
A 2.5-inch short and a 6-inch short from the same family are two different purchases, and a 29-inch wide-leg pant and a 35 are for two different people. What an inseam is, how it is measured, where each of the eleven lengths on this site ends on a leg, and how to pick one from a pair you already own.
Ninety per cent nylon and ten per cent spandex is on most of the labels here, and the small number is the one that matters. What the labelling rule requires a maker to print, what a care label is legally promising, and which flammability standard everything sold as clothing in the United States has to meet.
A stretch knit is only as good as its spandex, and heat is what tires spandex. Pads out, cold water, no fabric softener, flat or line dry: why each step is there, what happens when you skip one, and what the label sewn into the piece is allowed to tell you.
15Questions people send us
Six of them. Longer answers live on the shelf pages and in Warm-Up.
Every buying button on this site opens the piece you were looking at, in the colourway and length you chose, at our retail partner. That is where you pick the size, where the payment, the delivery and any exchange happen, and the price you see there is the price you pay.
If you would rather scroll the whole range in one place, the button at the foot of every page opens the catalogue rather than a single garment.
Take two numbers: the hip at its widest point for anything below the waist and the bust at its fullest for anything above it, measured against skin. Hold them against the chart on the buying page, not against the letter you buy in jeans; a seamless knit is cut without ease, so the letters do not line up. Between two letters, take the larger one if you squat, lunge or run in the piece, and the smaller one if you want it smoothest standing still.
A waistband that rolls is nearly always a band a size too small for the hip it is holding, folding over because the knit above it has nowhere to go. In the right letter the band sits flat through a squat because the whole short stretches with you rather than fighting at one line. The dark colourways carry the most ratings for a reason; check any pale close-fitting pair in daylight before a session, because every stretch knit thins where it stretches most, and a few buyers of the lightest colours say so.
It gathers the fabric along a line at the centre back so the cloth follows the shape underneath instead of bridging across it. That is a fact about the knit and it is all the card claims: the seam shapes the garment, and what the garment does for you in a mirror is yours to judge. A few families carry it hidden inside the knit rather than as a visible ruche, and their cards say so.
Every bra and every padded tank on this site carries a removable pad, and the card prints it. They lift out for the wash and go back in the same way; a tank with a pad is worn without a bra underneath and is sized by the bust like one. The brand rates its bras for light to medium support, and nothing here is described as a high-impact bra.
The label sewn into the piece is the document that governs washing, and where a page here and that label disagree, the label wins. What is true of every stretch knit is that heat is what tires the spandex in it, so where the label allows a machine at all, cold water and a flat or line dry keep the recovery longest. Take the pads out of a bra or a tank first: they wash flat and dry faster on their own.
